AIIMS Gorakhpur commences application process for PhD programmes

Candidates interested in taking admission to PhD programmes at AIIMS Gorakhpur must fill up the application form (available on the AIIMS website) in hard copy and should submit it through a registered post along with all required supporting documents, which should reach the PhD committee, AIIMS, Kunraghat, Gorakhpur U.P. 273008 before the last date of submission. Simultaneously candidates also have to fill up the prescribed application form on Google form available at the following link https://forms.gle/PVevMrbXw7QDGG6e8.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Gorakhpur has commenced the application process for admission to PhD programs. The last date to apply for PhD is May 1, 2023, up to 5 pm. The written test will be held on June 1, 2023.

The PhD program is a full-time research-based course. Any amendment/rectification/change/editing is NOT allowed in Name. Date of Birth, Community, Department and PWBD status, etc. once filled. Candidates should have either a sponsorship/fellowship from UGC/CSIR/ICMR/DST/DBT/similar govt. organizations. No financial aid of any sort will be provided by the institute, AIIMS Gorakhpur for research work/stipend/any other form.

Documents to attach with AIIMS Gorakhpur PhD application form

The following documents must be attached with the AIIMS Gorakhpur PhD application form - 10th certificate for proof of age, category certificate by defined govt. authorities (where applicable), disability certificate by govt, medical authority (where applicable), govt ID self-attested copy as Adhaar, PAN, Voter ID, mark sheet of the highest degree course, passing certificates of graduation and postgraduation courses, proof of award of eligible fellowship for non-medical candidates from ICMR/ CSIR/DBT & other established scientific bodies, sponsorship certificate (in prescribed format duly signed by competent authority as annexed in prospectus), documents related to past research experience if any, 1st page of Research Papers published in preceding 3 years in PubMed /SCOPUS/ DOAJ/Web of Science indexed Research Publications, NOC from the head of the institute suggesting that he/she will be allowed for the full-time PhD course

at AIIMS Gorakhpur if got selected. NOC from Diplomatic channel & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in case of Foreign Nationals, and undertaking by the candidates that, they will not take up any other academic course simultaneously during the tenure of PhD.
