AIIMS INI SS 2023: Seat positions revised for DM, MCh, MD admissions

AIIMS has revised the seat positions for admission to DM, MCh, and MD courses through AIIMS INI SS 2023, 16 seats added and three new courses introduced.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has revised the seat positions for INI SS 2023. The official notification stated that as per the communication received from PGIMER Chandigarh and NIMHANS, 16 new seats have been added and also NIMHANS has introduced three new courses.

The new courses introduced by NIMHANS are - DM-Neuropathology, DM-Geriatric psychiatry, and DM-Forensic Psychiatry. For DM-Neuropathology, the eligibility requirement is MD/DNB in Pathology or equivalent and for the other two courses, the requirement is MD/DNB in Psychiatry or equivalent.

Details of 16 seats added in AIIMS INI SS 2023

For the course, MD-Hospital Administration in PGIMER, one General, one OBC, and 3 Sponsored seats were added. In NIMHANS, for DM-Neuroanaesthesia & Neurocritical Care, 2 Sponsored seats added, for DM- Neuropathology, one General and one Sponsored seats are added, for DM-Addiction Psychiatry, 2 Sponsored seats are added, for DM-Geriatric Psychiatry, one General seat is added, for DM- Forensic Psychiatry, two Sponsored seats are added, and for DM- Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, 2 Sponsored seats are added.

The INI CET 2023 January session exam will be conducted on November 13, 2022. AIIMS INI CET is conducted in an online mode, bi-annually, once for the admission sessions of January and July. INI CET 2023 final registration for candidates who generated the EUC code is scheduled between October 12 to October 25, 2022, status of final registration and last date to submit required documents will be between October 28 to October 31.
