AIIMS invites applications for Nursing Officer Posts; Apply by May 5

All India Institutes of Medical Sciences New Delhi has invited online applications for the posts of Nursing Officers at various AIIMS across the country. The last date to apply is May 5, 2023. The window for correction/edit in the registration form (if any) will be open between May 6, 2023, to May 8, 2023, by 5 pm. The status of registration and last date of correction of rejected images/other deficiencies is between May 17, 2023, and May 20, 2023. The final status of online registration and uploading of admit card on the AIIMS website is scheduled on May 25, 2023. 

The Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) examination will be held on June 3, 2023. The exam centres will be in cities across India. The age limit of the candidates should be between 18-30 Years.

Eligibility Requirement

The essential qualification needed is - BSc (Hons) Nursing, BSc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing Council recognized institute or university OR BSC (Post Certificate)/Post basic BSc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized institute/university. The candidates must be registered as Nurses and Midwife with state/Indian Nursing Council.

Other requirements include Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized institute/Board or Council, and two years experience in a minimum 50 bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.
