AIIMS Jodhpur has invited applications for the Executive Program in Public Health Policy, Leadership and Management. The candidates can send the applications to this email id -executive.sph.aiimsj@gmail.com latest by 5 pm on December 15, 2022. The session will start on January 15, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who fulfil the following criteria are eligible to apply for the course:

  • For medical, educational qualifications must be MBBS, BDS, AYUSH
  • Non-medical - a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Veterinary Sciences, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy. 
  • Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks
  • Any other graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks

Another essential criterion is a minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in health care settings. The candidates should have No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer/sponsoring organization.

This course will include on-campus coursework and online modalities. Teaching pedagogy will consist of didactic sessions, seminars, field work, assignments and web-based teaching. The programme is conducted in the dual mode — viz., it involves 2 weeks of contact classes and 22 weeks of web-based learning including project work.

The contact classes will be held at the campus of AIIMS Jodhpur. These weeklong contact classes will be scheduled at the beginning and at the end of the course. Teaching and learning in the rest of the course will be carried out based on planned weekly and fortnightly readings and regular assignments, primarily through the web-based medium under the supervision of the assigned faculty. Overall, the course will be delivered through lectures, tutorials, presentations, guided reading, seminars, fieldwork and research project.

The candidates are expected to complete 7 credits through online mode, 2 credits through contact session and 1 credit for an academic project distributed over the 6 modules and academic project spread over six months.
