AIIMS Jodhpur offers Executive Program in Public Health Policy, Leadership & Management

AIIMS Jodhpur has invited applications for Executive Program in Public Health Policy, Leadership & Management, July 2023 session. The last date to apply is May 30, 2023. It is a 6-month training program which is specially designed for mid-career and senior-level (more than 5 yrs of work experience) working professionals who aspire to augment their leadership and management skills while still within their workplace.

AIIMS Jodhpur has notified that the last date to apply for the 6-month Executive Program in Public Health Policy, Leadership & Management, July 2023 session is May 30, 2023.

This course will include on-campus coursework and online modalities. Teaching pedagogy will consist of didactic sessions, seminars, fieldwork, assignments and web-based teaching. The programme is conducted in the dual mode — viz., it involves 2 weeks of contact classes and 22 weeks of web-based learning including project work.

The application with the nomination letter should be submitted at: https://forms.gle/erdH28CyqKxUYgHU7. The session will start on July 1, 2023. The contact classes will be held at the campus of AIIMS Jodhpur. These weeklong contact classes will be scheduled at the beginning and at the end of the course. Teaching and learning in the rest of the course will be carried out based on planned weekly and fortnightly readings and regular assignments, primarily through web-based mediums under the supervision of the assigned faculty. Overall, the course will be delivered through lectures, tutorials, presentations, guided reading, seminars, fieldwork and research project.

Eligibility Criteria for Executive Program in Public Health Policy, Leadership & Management

The educational qualification needed is:

• Medical: M.B.B.S. /BDS/ AYUSH (Alternative System of Medicine in India)
• Non-Medical: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Veterinary Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks or any other graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks.

Other essential criteria include a minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably experience working in health care settings, should have No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer/sponsoring organization.

After receipt of the application, shortlisted candidates based on their Statement of Purpose, and Curriculum Vitae will be called for Personal/Web-based interview. Based on their merit, candidates will be offered admission to the course.
