AIIMS Kalyani, AIIMS Rishikesh get more seats in Paramedical courses

AIIMS Kalyani and AIIMS Rishikesh have added more seats for admission to B.Sc(Hons.) Nursing, Paramedical& B.Sc(Post-Basic) courses and M.Sc Nursing, M.Sc courses & M. Biotechnology courses for August-2023 session. A total of 10 seats are added in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology (MRIT) at AIIMS Rishikesh, and at AIIMS Kalyani, 20 seats are added in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and 20 seats in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).

All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) Kalyani and AIIMS Rishikesh have added more seats in paramedical courses including in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology (MRIT), Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), and Operation Theatre Technology (OTT). 

As per the AIIMS Delhi notification, as many as 10 seats are added in the MRIT course at AIIMS Rishikesh and 20 seats each are added in MLT and OTT courses at AIIMS Kalyani.

"In continuation of notice no. 46/2023 & 66/2023 published in Newspaper as well as on Examination Section Website for admission to B.Sc(Hons.) Nursing, Paramedical & B.Sc(Post-Basic) courses and M.Sc Nursing, M.Sc courses & M. Biotechnology courses for August-2023 session, following addition of Seat positions will be applicable as per communication received from AIIMS Kalyani & AIIMS Rishikesh," reads AIIMS notification.

More details of paramedical seats added at AIIMS

Of the 10 seats of MRIT at AIIMS Rishikesh, 4 are in the UR category, one in EWS, 3 in OBC, and one each in SC and ST. Out of 20 seats of MLT at AIIMS Kalyani, 9 are in UR category, 2 in EWS, 5 in OBC, 3 in SC, and one in ST. Of the total 20 seats in OTT, 9 are in UR, 2 in EWS, 05 in OBC, 3 in SC and one in the ST category.

Basic Registration for BSC (H) Nursing, BSC Nursing (Post Basic)/BSc (Paramedical Courses) 2023 at AIIMS will close on April 20, 2023, at 5 pm and Generation of Code for Final Registration for BSc (H) Nursing/BSc Nursing (Post-Basic)/BSc(Paramedical courses) -2023 only for those whose Basic Registration is accepted will close on April 28, 2023, 5 pm.
