AIIMS Raipur invites applications for Project Research Scientist-II

AIIMS Raipur invited applications for filling up the post of Project Research Scientist-II post on a contractual basis for a project titled “Outcome Assessment Of Indigenous Designed Patient-Specific Implant With Integrated Dental Components For Early Rehabilitation Of Oro Maxillary Defect Secondary To Post Covid-19 Rhino Maxillary Mucormycosis, A Prospective Cohort Pilot Study. "

The post will be initially for a period of 12 months extendable up to a further 24 months depending on candidates’ performance. The age limit should not exceed 35 years as of the date of the interview. The consolidated salary would be INR 67,000 per month +HRA18% (INR 12,060) = INR 79,060 per month.

The essential Educational Qualification required is MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Job Responsibilities of AIIMS Raipur Project Research Scientist-II

The following are the job responsibilities: 

• Have to work in OMFS/Dentistry OPD, ward, OT and all other clinical areas.
• He/she will be required for coordinating with PI at study sites at headquarters, study monitoring, for collection of data and follow up of participants in the cohort.
• All the data recording, reporting and entries.
• All work assigned by the PI related to the project.
• This project may require calling the patient, helping or guiding them in the hospital and follow up for any events.
• Blood samples/investigations for the patient has to be taken as per the need of the study and as advised by principal investigator.
• Any other patient related works like arranging Blood transfusion, ICU monitoring of the patient, accompanying the patients for any investigation and sleep study.
• Private practice of any sort is not allowed, if found to be involved he/she shall be terminated immediately.
