COVID-19 Impact: JIPMER PG 2020 registration dates extended, Exam date rescheduled

Extending the JIPMER PG 2020 application deadline for the second time due to the spread of COVID-19 in India, The institute has done a step further this time by rescheduling the exam date too. Registrations for the July 2020 session have been extended up to May 18, exam date shifted to June 21.

The Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has rescheduled the postgraduate entrance test for July 2020 session. According to the latest notification released by the institute, JIPMER PG 2020 exam will now be conducted on June 21.

Events related to the admission process of JIPMER PG 2020 have been rescheduled to the nationwide lockdown owing to the spread of the novel coronavirus in India. The notification also states that the last date for filling and submitting the application form for JIPMER PG 2020 July session has also been extended. The new deadline for JIPMER PG 2020 application form is May 18.

• Candidates who wish to apply for the July session of JIPMER PG 2020 have to pay a non-refundable registration fee
• This registration fee for JIPMER PG 2020 can be paid using credit card/debit card/net banking
• The registration fee for JIPMER PG 2020, according to the category a candidate belongs to is as follows
  • Foreign Nationals- Rs 3,000
  • UR/EWS/OCI/OBC- Rs 1,600
  • SC/ST- Rs 1,200
  • PwD are exempted from paying the JIPMER PG 2020 registration fee
• After submission of the JIPMER PG application form, candidates must preserve a copy for future reference.
• Eligible candidates will be issued the JIPMER PG admit card 2020 online
• Candidates will be able to download the admit card of JIPMER PG 2020 by logging into their registered accounts.
