Gujarat AYUSH Counselling 2024: Stray Round Admission Process Ends Today; Documents Required
Gujarat AYUSH counselling 2024 document verification and submission of photocopies of the document process at the help centre will conclude today for students who have applied for admission in BAMS, BUMS, BHMS and BSMS courses.
The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat will conclude the Gujarat AYUSH counselling process 2024 today i.e. November 7, 2024. Students who have completed the online registration before the deadline will be able to get their documents verified at the help centre. Concurrently, students have to submit their photocopies of documents at the help centre before November 7, 2024 (4 PM).
The authorities have announced the schedule for a stray vacancy round for candidates who have not registereed in round 1/2/3 counselling process and those who have been alloted a seat in previous round but the admissions were not confirmed. All those students who had been allotted seats in BAMS / BHMS courses in the third round were not able to do fresh registration.
Gujarat AYUSH Counselling 2024: Documents Required for Admission
Students have to keep the following documents ready for admission:
- NEET UG Admit card.
- NEET UG 2024 Rank card.
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Class 10 and class 12 Certificate.
- Class 12 Marksheet.
- 8 passport-sized photographs
- A provisional seat allotment letter generated
- ID proof
- OCI card issued by the Government of India (in the case of OCI candidates).
Students who have completed the registration before the deadline will have to visit the reporting institute along with the seat allotment letter. The authorities have provided the list of help centres for the ease of students at medadmgujarat.org. Students can check the help centre list and visit as per their suitability. Besides, the authorities have provided the format of a medical fitness certificate. Students have to get it duly verified in order to complete the admission process.
