Maharashtra PG Medical Counselling Schedule Released for NEET MDS 2020, check here
After a revision in the qualification cut-off of NEET MDS 2020, many newly qualified candidates could register for Maharashtra PG medical counselling 2020. Check the schedule for the next round of counselling here.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the schedule for the counselling of state quota MDS seats. The registration for Maharashtra NEET MDS 2020 counselling was extended owing to the revision of the qualifying cut off by NBE. Candidates who wished to apply for the counselling of Maharashtra NEET MDS 2020 could register online up to July 9. The State CET Cell has now released the schedule for the next round of Maharashtra PG Medical counselling for MDS seats.
The qualifying cut-off for NEET MDS 2020 was revised by NBE and DCI. Following which, many new candidates became eligible to participate in the NEET MDS 2020 counselling process. However, the vacant AIQ seats were transferred to the respective states on July 1. Most states had, therefore, extended the registration dates for the second round of NEET MDS counselling.

Maharashtra NEET MDS 2020 Counselling: Important Points to Remember
- Candidates do not have to apply for a separate e-pass for reporting to the allotted colleges, the allotment letters will act as e-passes
- E-joining facility is not available for these rounds of Maharashtra NEET MDS 2020 counselling. Candidates will have to report physically to the allotted institute for confirmation of their admission
If a candidate who has joined the institute as on July 17 wishes to resign from the said seat, he/she will have to pay a penalty of Rs 10 lakh for non-completion of residency. Candidates who wish to resign after joining the institute as on July 22 will attract a penalty of Rs 20 lakh. Such candidates will not be eligible for admissions through Maharashtra NEET MDS counselling for the next two academic years.
