MDNIY plans Weekend Yoga Workshops for Executives

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga will be conducting Weekend Yoga Workshops designed for executives on May 12 and May 13 2023, to teach yogic techniques to the executives to manage stress, stretch their bodies, and relax their minds.
Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) is all set to conduct weekend yoga workshops specially designed for executives on May 12, 2023, and May 13, 2023.
"We are excited to announce our Weekend Yoga Workshops specially designed for executives like you. Join us on May 12-13, 2023, at MDNIY and experience the power of simple Yogic techniques to manage stress, stretch your body, and relax your mind. Our workshops aim to give you an insight into the benefits of practicing Yoga, which includes promoting a Yoga Break at your workplace, relieving stress, and encouraging individuals to adopt a healthy Yogic lifestyle. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your overall well-being and be the best version of yourself," reads MDNIY's official statement.
"The aim of the yoga workshop is to familiarize executives and senior officers with the proposed two yoga protocols, which can enhance their flexibility, lengthen the breath and body mind alignmnet. By regulating the HPA-axis, these yoga protocols can help, balance the automonic nervous system and decrease cortisol levels," added the statement.
The registration fee for the workshops is INR 250, the course fee is also INR 250, and the refreshment, yoga-t-shirt and course material will cost INR 500.
A delegation of 11 people from the UK visited the yoga institute yesterday to experience the value and practical knowledge of Yoga.
Dr I. N. Acharya, Program Officer (YT), MDNIY, welcomed the delegation and made a brief presentation about the significant achievements of the institute. He also provided an overview of several initiatives undertaken by the institute in the areas of yoga education, research, and training, and the incorporation of a Yoga component in the Indian healthcare delivery system. In addition, a Yoga session was also conducted for the delegation under the supervision of Ms Madhu Khurana, a Yoga Therapist. During this, Mrs. Manjot Kaur, Dietician was also present.
