MP: 5% reservation for govt school students in GMCs; One-time fee payment for competitive exams

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced a 5% reservation for government school students in government medical colleges. He also announced the Name of Neemuch Medical College Late. Virendra Kumar Sakhalecha Medical College will be named after Mandsaur Medical College.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that candidates will need to pay a one-time registration fee for competitive exams. He also announced a 5% reservation for government school students in government medical colleges.
While celebrating the state-level employment day yesterday, he said that today, more than 2 lakh youth of the state from Neemuch district will be given various gifts including loan disbursement of INR 2,779 crore.
"I am proud and happy to inform you that a well-thought-out youth policy has been launched in Madhya Pradesh. It covers all aspects of the overall development of the youth. Some plans have been made, will work on some. One of the main schemes is Mukhya Mantri Yuva Kaushal Kamai Yojana," he said.
Chief Minister inaugurated and performed bhumi pujan of various development works including the foundation stone of a new medical college in Neemuch to be built at a cost of INR 255.78 crore and Gandhi Sagar Group Water Supply No. 02 at a cost of INR 1798.05 crore.
Recruitment for government jobs is going on continuously. By August 15, one lakh recruitments will be completed. We have decided that there will be no separate fee for each examination. Today, loans worth INR 2 thousand 779 crores have been made available to 2 lakh 31 thousand 760 youths across the state. In order to provide training to children in different sectors, to make them skilful, we have made the Mukhya Mantri Yuva Kaushal Earning Scheme. Under this the youth will be given at least INR 8000 per month, he added.
"Name of Neemuch Medical College Late. Virendra Kumar Sakhalecha Medical College will be named after Mandsaur Medical College. Sunderlal Patwa Medical College and Ratlam Medical College are named after Late. Dr Laxmi Narayan Pandey," tweeted the CM.
