The NEET 2021 application process is ending on August 10. Candidates have to complete the application process by 9.50 pm and pay the fee by 11.50 pm. Know the detailed procedure here.
NEET 2021 Application Process to End on August 10
The last date of applying for NEET 2021 has been extended till August 10, till 9.50 pm from August 6. Candidates can pay the application fee till 11.50 pm. The application correction window will be activated from August 11 onwards. Notifying about the extension of the NEET 2021 application deadline, NTA stated, “In view of numerous requests received from students and the hardships faced by them due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to extend the last date of submission of Online Application Forms for National Eligibility Entrance Cum Test NEET (UG) – 2021.”

As per the original notification, the NEET 2021 admit card is expected to be released three days prior to the exam, which is September 9. However, the date may get changed. “The dates of downloading of Admit Cards and declaration of Result will be displayed on NEET (UG) portal in due course,” NTA stated.
How to Apply for NEET 2021
Candidates who are yet to complete the NEET 2021 application process must not waste any more time and complete the application process at the earliest. Applicants need to follow the below steps to complete the process:

Visit the official website of NEET 2021, i.e. www.neet.nta.nic.in

Click on the ‘Fill Registration Form’ tab located at the bottom of the page

Click on ‘New Registration’ or sign in with login credentials in case candidates have completed the registration process

Fill up the application form with mandatory details

Upload passport size and postcard size photograph, left-hand thumb impression and scanned signature

All the aforementioned documents or photographs should be in JPG or JPEG format.

The last and final step is to pay the application fee of Rs 1,550 (General). Rs 1,400 (OBC) and Rs 800 (SC, ST and PWD) which can be paid through Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking and UPI modes.
Once the application form is submitted, candidates will receive NEET 2021 application confirmation mail and SMS on their registered email id and mobile number. In case they have entered any wrong information, they can rectify the same during the application correction window. However, they will not be able to change the information they have entered in the registration form.
