Students have been eagerly waiting for the NEET 2021 dates for some time now. Read further to know when it is expected and where to check 

With days passing by, the confusion over the release of the NEET 2021 dates is also increasing. Several students have been posting their queries and concerns over social media handles in the past few weeks. However, no official announcement has been made yet about the NEET 2021 dates. But, it is expected to announced anytime soon in this week. 

The students have been waiting anxiously about the dates, and the anxiety amongst the students grew after the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank announced that the CBSE Board Exams 2021 and JEE Mains 2021 dates. With NEET 2021 exam being one of the most important medical exams to get admission in MBBS and BDS in the country, it is important for students to get clarity on the NEET exam date, syllabus, exam patterns and more.

However, some relief students have got after the Health Ministry last week made an announcement that the NEET 2021 exam will be conducted twice this year.

With the timely announcement of NEET 2021 dates, all the MBBS candidates will be able to get time for NEET 2021 preparation. Also, if the exam is held twice, and the exam dates are sooner (like JEE Main 2021 is being held in Feb, March, April, May) then students need to speed up their preparations. However, as per reports, the NEET 2021 dates are expected to be announced by February second week. This is expected because the education minister during his recent interaction with students on announced that he will be announcing the dates soon.

If we go by the statement made by the education minister, the expected date of announcement of NEET-UG 2021 exam details is thus between February 14 to 24, 2021. Therefore high hopes are riding on NTA, Education Minister, and the Education Minister to make announcements by the promised dates. However, these are all speculations and nothing has been cleared so far. 

The first platform where the NEET-UG date will be announced is thus most likely to be his Twitter handle. Students are advised to keep checking the official website of NTA NEET UG; ntaneet.nic.in.

Meanwhile, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has finally announced the NEET PG 2021 date. NEET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation) is the most widely accepted entrance exam for admissions to various MD (Doctor of Medicine)/MS (Master in Surgery) and PG Diploma courses across the country. The NEET PG 2021 exam will be conducted in the computer-based mode on April 18, 2021, across the country at multiple NEET PG 2021 exam centers. 

Last year, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the NEET 2020 exam and results both were delayed. This in turn led to a delay in the completion of NEET 2020 counselling, because of which many students are still waiting to get a seat in medical colleges. At one place, where students are waiting to get a seat in their desired courses, on the other hand, medical aspirants are desperately awaiting the announcement of NEET 2021 dates
