NEET 2021 phase 2 application correction facility deadline extends to Oct 14

NTA has once again extended the last date for making corrections in NEET UG 2021 application from to October 14, up to 11:50 p.m.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has again extended the deadline of the  NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) 2021  application forms editing facility to October 14, up to 11:50 p.m. Recently, NTA had extended this deadline till October 13.

The official release of the NTA stated that it again received various requests from the candidates to extend the correction facility deadline and by accepting these requests, NTA is providing the candidates with the last and final opportunity to correct/modify the fields of gender, nationality, e-mail address, category, sub-category and fields of the second phase.

Now, the candidates will be able to change the particulars of the First and Second Phase of Online Application Form for NEET (UG) 2021 by October 14. This facility is also available for the students who have earlier done one-time corrections in these particular fields.

The official notification reads, "The Candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and Scorecard to the registered e-mail address."

"The interested candidates may avail this facility as the Last and Final opportunity for correcting their particulars which were filled in the First and Second phase of the Online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2021," the notification added.

NTA conducted the NEET 2021 registration in two phases, one before the examination and the second phase started after the medical entrance exam was conducted on September 12. The first phase of the registration required candidates to fill few fields which were relevant to NEET exam and the second phase was to be filled after the examination.

NEET candidates are advised to keep visiting the official websites of NTA -  www.nta.ac.in and https://neet.nta.nic.in/  so that they will not miss any such official notifications.
