NEET 2022 Advance Intimation on Exam City Released

NTA has announced the NEET 2022 advance city allotment information for the candidates on June 28. Candidates have to log in with their NEET 2022 application number and date of birth to check the city in which their NEET 2022 exam centre has been allotted. However, this is not an admit card. Clarifying this, NTA has stated, β€œThis is NOT the admit card for NEET (UG) – 2022. This is an advance information for allotment of Centre City, to facilitate the candidate. The Admit Card shall be issued later.”

The actual name and address of the NEET exam centre will be stated on the admit card or hall ticket for NEET 2022, which is expected to be released in the first week of July. NTA has released the advance information regarding the test city to aid test-takers in making the necessary travel arrangements in advance. NEET 2022 is scheduled to be conducted on July 17 in 554 cities in India and 13 cities abroad.

How to Check NEET 2022 Advance Intimation of Exam City

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to download the NEET 2022 exam city allotment information:

NTA has tried its best to allot the exam city as per the candidates’ first preference. Since the exam city and centre allotment has already been done, it would not be possible to request for a change in the test city. The exam will be conducted for a duration of 200 minutes or 3 hours and 20 minutes from 2 pm to 5.20 pm. Approximately 18 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the exam.
