The NEET 2024 application process is ending on March 9. With less than a week to go, candidates should act fast and complete the NEET 2024 application form and submit it. While the last date to complete and submit the NEET 2024 registration and application form is March 9, 5 PM, the deadline to pay the application fee is March 9, 11.50 PM.

Candidates are advised not to wait until the last minute to complete the NEET 2024 registration and application process. Since several applicants are already complaining about the technical glitches in the NEET 2024 website, it is suggested not to delay the application process till the last moment.

How to Fill NEET 2024 Application Form

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below for NEET 2024 form fill up.

  • Visit the official website of NEET 2024 – neet.ntaonline.in
  • Click on the ‘New Candidate Register Here’ tab
  • Read the instructions and click on the checkbox and ‘Click to Proceed’ tab
  • Select the Identification Type
  • Enter the mandatory details and verify
  • Enter the OTP and Submit
  • Once the Username and Password is generated, login to fill the NEET 2024 application form
  • Fill up the mandatory fields
  • Upload the requisite documents in the specified sizes and dimensions
  • Pay the application fee using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI

Important Points to Remember During NEET 2024 Form Fill Up

Here are some key points applicants must keep in mind while filling the NEET 2024 application form.

  • Fulfilling the eligibility criteria: Before starting the NEET 2024 application process, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the NEET 2024 eligibility criteria. If they do not meet the eligibility requirements, their candidature will be declined during admission or counselling.
  • Enter the correct personal information: Candidates must ensure that they enter the correct information in terms of their name, email id, mobile number and Aadhaar Card
  • Selection of exam cities: Based on the address, candidates will be given the choice of exam cities. Hence, they must select the city carefully in terms of their preference. Since only two cities can be chosen, they must select the order of preference as per their convenience.
  • Selection of NEET question paper medium: The medium of NEET question paper, or the language of question paper has to be selected by candidates during the NEET 2024 form fill up process. The language must be chosen carefully based on the medium of their schooling, region and the choice of exam city.
  • Keep documents ready for upload: Before starting the NEET 2024 form fill up process, candidates must keep all the documents ready at a common folder so that they do not have to keep looking for the files at multiple locations at the computer. Also, they must ensure that the file sizes are as per the NTA instructions.
  • Select the right mode of payment: The NEET 2024 application fee has to be paid only in online mode. Hence, the mode of payment must be selected in advance. In case of Net banking or UPI, the credentials must be kept handy, and in case of Credit Card or Debit Card, the card number, expiry date, and CVV number should be kept ready. Also, the account or credit balance must also be checked before starting the transaction.

The NEET 2024 exam will be conducted on May 5, 2024, in 568 cities across India and abroad. It is expected that over 20 lakh candidates will apply for the exam.
