NEET 2024 Application: NTA Emails Candidates Advising on Incomplete Application or Payment

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has sent an email to registered candidates stating advisory in case they face difficulty in payment or getting the application confirmation. Several candidates have complained about difficulty in completing the NEET 2024 application form process. Know the details here.

The National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body of the NEET exam has sent an email to registered candidates advising what is to be done in case they have not received the NEET 2024 application confirmation even after payment. The mail was sent to the candidates’ registered email addresses on February 15, late evening hours, a few hours after Shiksha.com ran news on the NEET 2024 application website technical glitches.

The NTA email talks about two aspects. The first part states what is to be done in case the NEET 2024 application confirmation page is not generated. “If the confirmation page is not generated after payment, candidates should promptly contact the concerned bank/payment gateway integrator using the helpline number and email provided in the Information Bulletin’s appendix.”

NEET 2024 Duplicate Payments to be Refunded by NTA

In the second part of the NTA email, the exam conducting body has advised candidates to make another payment, in case the first payment attempt failed. NTA has also stated that duplicate form fee will be refunded in the same mode and source. “If the payment issue persists, candidates may attempt to make a second payment. However, any duplicate payments received will be refunded through the same mode after reconciliation by NTA.”

The email also adds, “Candidates are reminded to check their internet connectivity while making payment to avoid transaction failures.”

The NEET 2024 application form was released on February 9, and the last date of application is March 9, 2024. Candidates have been facing multiple issues on the application ever since the commencement of the process.
