NEET 2024 application process in underway and is slated to end on March 9, 2024. With just a couple of days to go, applicants are expected to accelerate the NEET 2024 form fill up. Owing to the new exam website launched by NTA for NEET 2024, and several other technical difficulties, students are unable to complete and submit the NEET 2024 application form, despite starting the process on time.

NEET Helpline Numbers for Application Fee Payment

In case applicants are facing concerns regarding the fee payment process, they have to contact the respective online payment gateway integrators. NTA has stated, “In case, the fee payment status is not ‘OK’, or the Confirmation Page of the Online Application is not generated after fee payment (completion of Step 3) the candidate is advised to contact the helpline number/email of the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.”

Even though NTA has provided a comprehensive list of Helpline Numbers and email addresses, candidates may find it difficult to connect to the numbers at one go. Hence, they must be patient and keep trying at regular intervals to be able to get in touch with the Helpline Executives. In case candidates are sending emails and not getting a response, they are asked to send regular follow-up emails.

Applicants must mention their NEET 2024 application number and transaction ID while raising grievances Information to be provided by the Candidate while raising any payment related query/grievance through QRS/email/Helplines are as follows:

The NTA NEET 2024 Helpline Numbers will be available between 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

NEET 2024 will be conducted on May 5, 2024, in 568 cities across India and abroad.
