NEET 2024 re-examination is scheduled to be conducted tomorrow, June 23, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the exam for 1,563 candidates who were awarded grace marks on the original NEET 2024 exam date, May 5, 2024, due to loss of time.
In case any of these 1,563 candidates does not appear for the exam, then he/she will be reissued the NEET 2024 scorecard carrying the originally obtained score in NEET 2024, devoid of grace marks. The rest of the candidates must ensure that they are fully prepared and are aware of the exam day guidelines and instructions. - Revise the important topics and chapters
- Do not start any new chapter
- Go through previous years’ as well as this year’s NEET question paper and analysis
- Prepare the exam taking and time management strategy.
NEET 2024 Retest Exam Day Instructions and Guidelines
Take a look at the exam day instructions and guidelines for the NEET 2024 retest:
- Take multiple printouts of the NEET 2024 retest admit card
- Paste passport-size and postcard size photographs on the designated spaces
- Fill up the Self-Declaration Undertaking and staple it with the admit card
- Do not sign on the NEET admit card before reaching the exam centre
- Reach the designated NEET 2024 exam centre at an hour before the exam timing
- Do not carry any personal items such as electronic gadgets, stationery items, books, notebooks, etc.
- Follow the dress code as prescribed on the NEET 2024 admit card, which states that candidates should wear half sleeve shirt/t-shirt in light colour devoid of pockets, buttons or heavy embroidery/applique. The lowers should not have zip and pockets.
In case candidates face difficulty during the exam, they must seek help of the invigilators immediately. They must mark the OMR sheets properly and submit it on time.
The NEET 2024 retest result will be declared on June 30, 2024. It is expected that the NEET 2024 counselling process will begin on July 6, 2024.
