NEET MDS 2020 cut off revised by NBE, new scorecards to be available from July 10
NBE has lowered NEET MDS 2020 cut off by 18.935 percentile for each category. Check the respective marks here to see if qualify NEET MDS 2020 here.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released a new notification with the revised cut offs for NEET MDS 2020. The minimum qualifying percentile for all categories has been revised by 18.935 percentile. Candidates will be able to download the revised scorecards from July 10.
Notification released by NBE-
NBE will release the revised NEET MDS 2020 result for 50% AIQ seats separately. Candidates who have scored above the revised NEET MDS cut off 2020 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Such candidates will now be considered to have qualified NEET MDS 2020. These revised scores will make them eligible for the future rounds of state counselling and the last round of MCC NEET MDS counselling 2020.

NEET MDS 2020 Cut Off: Why was it revised?
According to the second Proviso in clause 7(1) of DCI’s Master of Dental Surgery Course (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the cut off can be revised if the total number of qualified candidates is less than three times the number of seats available. In this case, NEET MDS cut off is revised such that the total number of qualified candidates, for every category, is three times the total number of seats available.
