NEET MDS 2021: NBE releases result-cum-score card for All India 50 percent Quota seats

NBE has released score card for NEET MDS 2021 for All India 50 percent seats. NEET MDS exam was conducted on December 16 and the result declared on December 31, 2021. Read to know more.

The National Board of Examination has released result for NEET MDS All India 50 per cent quota seats. Candidates who appeared for the NEET MDS exam held in December last year can check the result for NEET MDS on the official website of NBE. NEET MDS AIQ result contains the candidate’s roll number, category, MDS rank, and All India Rank. The result has been declared in PDF format and contains only those eligible candidates who will be participating in the counselling for All India 50 per cent quota seats.

As per the official notification, those who scored above cutoff marks can participate in the NEET MDS 2021 counselling for All India 50% seats. The overall cutoff scores (out of 960) are 259 for UR/EWS category, 227 for OBC/SC/ST, and 243 for UR-PWD. Only the dental graduates included in the merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process which will be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

“The result of NEET-MDS 2021 has been declared on 31.12.2020. The result of NEET-MDS 2021 for All India 50% Quota seats of eligible candidates for admission to All India 50% quota Post Graduate MDS Courses (2021 admission session) has been declared and can be seen at NBE website,” the official notification reads.

NEET MDS 2021 All India 50% Quota score card mentions:

All India 50% Quota Rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidates amongst all the candidates who have appeared in NEET MDS 2021 after applying tie-breaker criteria and are eligible for All India 50% quota seats, and is valid for All India 50% quota Post Graduate MDS Courses of 2021 admission session only.

All India 50% Quota Category Rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidate in the category (OBC/SC/ST) as opted by the candidate in NEET-MDS 2021 for All India 50% quota seats, and is valid for All India 50% quota Post Graduate MDS Courses of 2021 admission session only.

NEET MDS is a national-level entrance exam conducted for providing admission to postgraduate dental courses. The exam was conducted on December 16 and the result was declared on December 31, 2020. NBE conducts NEET MDS once a year in online mode. NBE had delayed the release of NEET MDS scorecard 2021 amid covid-19 which led postponement of several entrance exams including NEET PG, INI CET and JEE Main.
