NEET MDS 2024 Postponement: The doctors are still demanding to postpone NEET MDS 2024 examination to July 2024 despite the National Board of Examination's notification yesterday that the exam will be held on March 18, 2024.

NBE has extended the cut-off date criteria from March 31, 2024, to June 30, 2024, for the purpose of eligibility for NEET MDS 2024. Interested candidates who are completing their internship from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, and are fulfilling all other criteria as prescribed in the Information Bulletin of NEET MDS 2024 can apply for the examination.

Dr Jitendra Singh, the National President of All Indian Medical Students' Association has thanked the government for extending the cut-off criteria and again appealed to reschedule the examination to July 2024 as the NEET PG 2024 examination date.

The All India Students Dental Association has said on X, "A disheartening notice from @mansukhmandviya @MoHFW_INDIA towards #NEETMDS2024 aspirants as increasing eligibility without changing exam dates make no sense. Kindly ministry reconsider there decision if possible we req."

The NBE notice was released after the counsel appearing for NEET MDS students had mentioned in the Supreme Court that 2 weeks have passed since the last order of the court directing the authorities to decide on the issue of postponement of exam and authorities have not said anything.
