NEET MDS Counselling 2024: DME Assam Releases Merit List, Schedule for State Counselling

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has released the NEET MDS 2024 counselling schedule for the Assam State Quota seats. Eligible candidates whose names appeared in the merit list up to 10^th position have to be physically present at the given venue and schedule. Know the details here.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has released the NEET MDS 2024 counselling schedule for the Assam State Quota seats. Earlier, DME had released the state merit list for the NEET MDS 2024 qualifying candidates from the state.

The notice states that the NEET MDS 2024 counselling or the admission process for the Regional Dental College, Guwahati (Assam Quota), will be conducted on July 18, 2024. Eligible candidates will have to visit the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati, at 12 noon with the requisite documents.

According to DME, candidates whose names have appeared in the state merit list, who have secured up to 10^th position in the merit list, have to be physically present at the said venue and schedule.

NEET MDS 2024 Counselling Documents Required

Candidates will have to carry the following documents for the NEET MDS 2024 Assam State Counselling process.

• NEET MDS result 2024
• NEET MDS Admit Card 2024
• BDS degree certificate
• BDS mark sheets
• Internship Completion Certificate (stating that the candidate has completed his/ her internship on or before June 30, 2024)
• Registration Certificate from the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC)
• Birth Certificate or class 10 mark sheet
• Domicile Certificate
• Photo ID proof (PAN card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar card/ Passport)
• Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC, if applicable)
• Disability Certificate issued by the medical board (if applicable)

DME Assam had released the NEET MDS 2024 Assam Merit List which consisted of 182 candidates.

Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the NEET MDS 2024 counselling process for the 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats on July 1, 2024. The last date to register, fill and submit choices is July 7, 2024. The seat allotment result will be declared on July 10, 2024.
