After the top court of India dismissed the plea by NEET PG 2023 aspirants to postpone NEET PG 2023 exam, the exam will now be conducted on March 5, 2023. While rejecting the plea, the Supreme Court observed that the exam deferment will cause hardship to over 2 lakh candidates who have already registered for the exam.

On Monday, Supreme Court dismissed the two petitions seeking to postpone NEET PG 2023. The court refused to entertain the petitions and noted that it will cause hardship to more than 2 lakh candidates who have already registered for the exam.

National Board of Examinations (NBE) plans to commence NEET PG 2023 counselling by July 15, 2023, and the students who are yet to complete the internship will be dealt with provisionally said Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Aishwarya Bhat in the court, as reported by Live Law.

"We want to start counselling from July 15 without waiting for August date. The rest would be allowed to participate provisionally and would be considered on a case to case basis," said ASG.

Now, the exam is all set to be held on March 5, 2023, in computer-based mode at designated centres across the country. The exam time is from 9 am to 12: 30 pm.

NBE releases NEET PG 2023 admit cards

The NEET PG 2023 admit cards have been released on February 27, 2023, at the official website i.e. nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in. Candidates can download the admit card by visiting the official websites. To download the admit card, the candidate needs to click on the tab for NEET PG 2023 on the homepage, and then click on the link provided for Application Link and then Admit Card, enter NEET PG 2023 roll number, date of birth and other details and the admit card will be displayed on the screen, download and take a print out for future references.
