NEET UG 2023 counselling Round 3 institute reporting process is scheduled to end today, September 18. The process had started on September 10. Candidates will have to report to the allotted institute physically along with the necessary documents within the stipulated schedule to avoid forfeiture of the allotted seat.

NEET 2023 Counselling Round 3 Institute Reporting Ends Today

NEET UG 2023 counselling Round 3 institute reporting process will end today, September 18. The institute reporting for candidates who were allotted seats in the third round had started on September 10. Candidates who are yet to report to institutes with the necessary documents for verification and completion of the admission process must do it by today.

In case a candidate decides to skip the institute reporting process for the NEET 2023 counselling, the seat allotment offer will be withdrawn. They may participate in the Stray Vacancy round counselling of NEET UG 2023.

Documents Required for NEET 2023 Counselling Round 3 Institute Reporting

Candidates reporting to the allotted institute for confirmation of the seat must carry the following documents with them:

  • NEET admit card 2023
  • NEET result 2023 or rank letter
  • Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
  • Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
  • Valid, non-expired and government-issued photo ID proof
  • Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the NEET 2023 application form)
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
  • Provisional allotment letter

*Candidates must carry both original and photocopies of the above-mentioned documents.

Documents Required for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign National Candidates

The following documents are required for the candidates belonging to NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates:

  • Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate
  • Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of the study)
  • Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)

The NEET UG 2023 Round 3 seat allotment result was declared on September 7.  As many as 4,805 candidates were freshly allotted seats. On the other hand, 2,198 candidates’ seats were upgraded in Round 3 of NEET counselling 2023.

The NEET 2023 counselling Stray Vacancy Round registration process will be conducted from September 21 to September 23. The choice filling and locking rounds will be conducted between September 22 and September 24.
