In the wake of the NEET UG 2023 exam on May 7, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has preponed Karnataka's road show to May 6, 2023, from the earlier schedule of May 7, 2023. He said that he doesn't want any of the NEET UG 2023 candidates to feel inconvenienced due to the roadshow.

As per reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has rescheduled his road show in Karnataka due to it clashing with the NEET UG 2023 exam date.

Tejasvi Surya, National President of BJP Yuva Morcha, tweeted, "On account of NEET exams on 7th of May, Hon. PM Sri @narendramodi Ji directed us to prepone the 26 km road show to the 6th of May and shorten the roadshow distance on 7th to conclude it before 1130 am. His one-line directive was - ‘I don’t want even a single medical student in Bengaluru to be inconvenienced’. Proud to belong to a political party that is so sensitive & responsible to our students."

"Sri @NarendraModi Ji's Roadshow on May 6 will begin at 10 am from Someshwara Sabha Bhavana, JP Nagar, pass through Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, Chamarajpet, Govindarajnagar, Rajajinagar & conclude at Kadu Malleshwara Temple. Urge Bengalureans to witness it in large numbers," he said in another tweet.

One tweet on the matter reads, "So @Tejasvi_Surya @BJP4Karnataka plans a road show on 7th despite knowing that 1.9 lakh students from Karnataka are scheduled to write NEET on Sunday. After outrage by students and their parents, BJP resheduled PM Modi's roadshow. They now praise PM for the Masterstroke. Didn't…"

P C Mohan, 3rd Term BJP LS MP-Bengaluru Central, tweeted, "PM @narendramodi Ji directed us to ensure that students taking the NEET exam on May 7 in Bengaluru should not face any difficulties. As a result, the 26 km roadshow has been preponed to May 6, while a shorter 10 km roadshow will happen between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM on May 7."
