NEET UG Counselling 2023 Special Stray Vacancy Round: MCC revises seat matrix

MCC has added 3 MBBS seats and deleted 1 BDS seat and 3 MBBS seats from NEET UG Counselling 2023 Special Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix.

Medical Counselling Committee has revised the seat matrix for the NEET UG Counselling 2023 Special Stray Vacancy Round.

A total of 3 management-paid MBBS seats are added in the institutes - Vinayaka Mission Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal, Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital, Chennai, and Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur.

One BDS seat of OBC category is deleted from Government Dental College & Hospital, Cuddalore District, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram. Moreover, three MBBS seats are deleted from the following colleges - Govt. Medical College, Alwar, College of Nursing, RML, and College of Nursing, RML.

"The seats mentioned for withdrawal will be removed from the seat matrix of Special Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling 2023 before seat processing and the seats mentioned for addition have been added in the seat matrix. Thus candidates can now exercise choices for the same," reads the official statement. 

The special stray vacancy round for AIQ/Deemed/Central/AIIMS/JIPMER Seats/State Quota is scheduled to be held between October 31 to November 7, 2023. The state counselling will be held from November 7 to November 10, and the last date of joining is November 15, 2023.

MCC is conducting Special Stray Vacancy round for the vacant MBBS, BDS, and BSc nursing courses. The seat allotment result for this round will be out on November 7, 2023. The reporting will be held between November 8 to November 15, 2023.
