The National Medical Commission (NMC) has confirmed that only 1,04,891 students admitted to MBBS programs in medical colleges for the 2023-24 academic session have had their details uploaded to the portal. NMC also urged students to go through the list of names and contact the authorities if their name is not there. It further said, “Student who got admission in graduate level medical education (MBBS) for the Academic Year 2023-24 and their names are not reflected in the list may consult the concerned Directorate of Medical Education Counselling Authority urgently.”

The commission said that some of the medical colleges did not upload the data of students while others submitted incomplete details. It also stated “Despite issuance of circular and public notice, it has been found that details of only 1,04,891 students admitted for the Academic Year 2023-24 have been uploaded on the portal.”
