AIIMS Delhi announced the provisional seat allocation institute/hospital Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test Stage II on October 16, 2023.

NORCET - 05: AIIMS Guwahati to verify documents from Oct 30

In pursuant to AIIMS Delhi provisional seat allocation institute/hospital Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test Stage II announced on October 16, 2023, AIIMS Guwahati is going to do the document verification from October 30 to November 3. 

"In pursuant to Result Notification dated October 16, 2023, issued by AIIMS Delhi, the documents of the candidates provisionally allocated to AIIMS Guwahati will be verified on October 30, October 31, November 1, November 2, and November 3, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on each day at AIIMS Guwahati," reads the official notification.

NORCET - 05: Documents required at AIIMS Guwahati for verification 

The following documents are needed for NORCET-05 verification at AIIMS Guwahati:

  • Proof of date of birth or Class 10th certificate
  • Class 10 certificate and mark sheet
  • Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
  • Proof of essential education qualification (original, provisional, degree, diploma certificate) along with proof of date of result declaration/issue of certificate
  • Registration Certificate as Grade "A" Nurse or Midwife from State/Indian Nursing Council
  • Experience Certificates in case of Diploma (GNM) Holder clearly indicating number of beds of hospital and duration of experience.
  • NOC- candidates are required to upload NOC who are currently working in Central/State/PSB/PSU bodies
  • Valid Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS.
  • PWBD Certificate showing extent of disability issued by authorized/competent authority
  • Registration slip of online registration having candidates signature
  • Admit Card having Candidate Signature
  • Copy of original ID card for proof of identity issued from any government authority.
  • Latest Photograph
  • Degree Certificate (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery
  • Registration certificate as Grade "A" Nurse or Midwife from State/Indian Nursing Council
  • Experience Certificate
  • Copy of address proof issued by any government authority like electricity bill, ration card, voter card etc.
