NTA invites applications for Military Nursing Service; Apply by Dec 26

National Testing Agency is the conducting body for the examination for Military Nursing Service: Selection for Short Service Commission (SSC) 2023-24 under the aegis of Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS). The Agency has invited applications by December 26, 2023.
The Examination for Military Nursing Service: Selection for Short Service Commission (SSC) 2023-24 is a National Level Entrance Test for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Military Nursing Service.
The examination will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and it will be conducted by NTA on January 14, 2024, at selected centres all over India. The CBT is for female candidates only who are Indians and between 21 and 35 years of age on the date prescribed for the receipt of application.
The CBT will consist of MCQ’s based on Nursing, English Language and General Intelligence. The CBT will be in English only. There will be no negative marking.
Information about the eligibility, scheme of exam, exam centers, exam timings, exam fee, procedure for applying etc. are contained in the Information Bulletin hosted on the website of NTA.
Candidates who are interested in applying for the exam can go through the Informaton Bulletin and apply online at https://exams.nta.ac.in/SSCMNS only during the period from December 11, 2023, to December 26, 2023, and also pay the applicable fee, online through the payment gateway using debit/credit cards, net banking and UPI.
Instructions for the candidates
Following are the instructions for the candidates:
- They can apply for MNS: Selection for SSC 2023-24 through the “Online Mode only” through the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/SSCMNS. The application form in any other mode will not be accepted.
- Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instruction given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
- Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own as all information/communication will be sent by NTA through email on the registered email address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
