As many as 5,417 candidates have been considered eligible to participate in the Odisha NEET counselling 2024 Round 1. The last date to submit grievances is August 19, 2024, 5 PM.

Stating the procedure to submit grievances against the Odisha NEET 2024 counselling provisional merit list, OJEE said, “In case of any query/doubt/complaint regarding the rank/merit, the candidates can contact the Chairman/Secretary, OJEE (mail id: odishaojee.mbbsquerry@gmail.com) by 05.00 PM on 19.08.2024.”

The annual course fee for MBBS in a government medical college of Odisha is around INR 40,000. According to OJEE, the authority for Odisha NEET counselling, fees to be deposited to government medical/dental colleges is INR 37,950 per annum. Additional fees as prescribed by concerned Govt. Colleges may be collected at institutional level which may vary from institution to institution. On the other hand, annual MBBS fees for private medical colleges ranges from INR 5.5 Lacs to INR 6.5 lakh. OJEE also states, "NRI candidates have to pay four times of the above fees in private colleges."

Odisha NEET UG counselling process is conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). OJEE conducts the counselling process for the undergraduate medical courses, MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS.
