PGIMER to organise Annual National Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology in August

PGIMER Chandigarh will organise the 38th Annual National Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology from August 22 to August 27, 2022.

Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh is all set to organise its 38th Annual National Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology from August 22 to August 27, 2022.

The workshop faculty will include experienced clinical investigators from various institutions with expertise across key areas of clinical research. 

The Annual National Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology is a week-long course designed to educate, train and update early and mid-career professionals in the best practices of planning, designing and conducting clinical trials.

The workshop is recommended for Postgraduate students/residents and Faculty in the healthcare domain, Early and mid-career clinical investigators, Academic Researchers in all disciplines, Pharmaceutical and CRO Industry professionals, Regulatory professionals, and anyone interested in gaining skills and knowledge in clinical research.

The workshop is being organised by the Clinical Pharmacology Unit, Department of Pharmacology, PGIMER. The official notification reads, "Seats are Limited and will be allocated on 'First Come, First Serve' basis."

Registration Fees

For students and residents, the registration fees till June 30 is INR 10,000, from July 1 to July 31, it is INR 12,000 and from August 1 onwards, it will be INR 15,000. For faculty and industry participants, the fee till June 30 is INR 15,000, from July 1 to July 31, it is INR 18,000 and from August 1 onwards it would be INR 20,000.

The registration covers admission to all workshop and technical sessions, reading and training material online, welcome refreshments, morning and afternoon tea, lunch on workshop days and a banquet dinner.
