Punjab NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 3 Willingness Submission Deadline Extended; Know Details
The Punjab NEET PG 2024 round 3 willingness submission deadline has been extended as MCC has yet to announce the All India Round 2 counselling result.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has extended the Punjab NEET PG willing submission last dates 2024 for the round 3 counselling process at the official website. Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) exam and are willing to get admission in PG medical courses across Punjab can now fill their preferred college/ hospital/ speciality till January 10, 2025.
The authorities have extended the Punjab NEET PG willingness last date 2024 for round 3 counselling process owing to the request for extension as AIQ round 3 results are yet to be announced.
"The willingness date to participate in 3rd round Punjab State is hereby extended from 02.01.2025 to 10.01.2025." The official notification reads.
Besides, the authorities have also extended the resignation deadline for rounds 1 and 2 allotted candidates till January 10, 2025, with forfeiture of the security deposit. Students who have been allotted a seat in round 1/ round 2 can surrender their seats if desired.
"The candidates who have joined the seat of Round 1/ Round 2 of Punjab State PG Medical counselling are allowed to resign/surrender the seat up to 10.01.2025 with forfeiture of security deposit/fee." The official notification reads further.
As the willingness deadline has been extended, the authorities will announce the revised Punjab NEET PG round 3 counselling dates 2024 at the official website shortly. Students will be able to check revised merit list dates, choice filling dates as well as seat allotment dates.

Q: Β Can I apply offline to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment?
No. Candidates will have to register online and submit application form for Punjab NEET PG counselling. Application form for admission to PG courses can't be submitted offline/printed copy by post. Based on registration a merit list will be released comprising shortlisted candidates for Punjab NEET counselling.
Q: Β I didn't get the minimum cut off percentile in NEET PG. Will I eligible to participate in the counselling for Punjab NEET PG?
No. Candidates must score the minimum cut off percentile to become eligible for Punjab PG medical admission. Those who don't score the minimum cut off marks can't participate in the counselling. Candidates will have to register on the official website, bfuhs.ac.in and submit application form for counselling.
Q: Β How many choices can be declared for Punjab NEET PG counselling?
Candidates can declare as many choices as they want for Punjab NEET PG counselling. It must be noted only registered candidates can declare choice for college and course for seat allotment process. To declare choice, candidates will have to login with registered ID and password. Choices have to be saved and locked in the stipulated timeline otherwise saved choices will be locked automatically.
