Telangana: Admissions to eight new GMCs will start next year, says KNRUHS VC

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Vice-Chancellor, Dr B Karunakar Reddy has said that admissions to eight new government medical colleges will begin from next year.

While celebrating the 73 rd Republic Day at the new building of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), the Vice-Chancellor, Dr B Karunakar Reddy said that admissions to the eight newly sanctioned government medical colleges in the state will begin from next year. He also praised the efforts of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao in improving medical education in the state. He said that significant changes have occurred in this field under the Chief Minister's guidance. 

It was the first time since the construction of the new building, that Republic Day was celebrated here, he added.

Dr Reddy said that with the government's help, the new building of KNRUHS is fully staffed and has got all basic amenities and the number of seats in all courses including UG, PG, Super Specialty, has been increased. He also added that the University is trying to introduce new medical-related (allied) courses.

“The transactions are being carried out transparently and all necessary steps are being taken to improve medical education in the State,” Dr Karunakar Reddy added, as reported by Telangana Today.

Other dignitaries present in the republic day function were Registrar Dr D Praveen Kumar, Controller of Examinations, Dr Y Malleeshwar, University Rector Dr. T. Venkateshwar Rao, Joint Registrar Dr D Ramesh Kumar, Deputy Registrar Dr Ramanujam, others including Dr Hemant, S Nagarjuna, Dr Sudhakar Rao, and varsity employees.

What about the nursing college in Hyderabad when they will start and we already submitted online KNRUH web site but nothing response no update no call no notification why
