NEET 2022 aspirants demand exam postponement

NEET UG 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on July 17, 2022. The aspirants want the examination to be postponed. They have written to the President, National Testing Agency (NTA), and the ministry of education to demand the postponement of NEET 2022 as the schedule is clashing with other exams like CUET, JEE, EAMCET.

Moreover, as the NEET Counselling 2021 was completed in the first week of April and state counselling for BAMS and BDS is still happening in some states, aspirants feel there is less time between NEET Counselling 2021 and NEET 2022.

Few related tweets are:

"Yes NEET UG 2022 should be delayed at least 30 days"

"Are careers mere jokes? Jee in August so that there's time for prep...then why not neet post delayed counselling? Sense? #postponeneetug2022

@PMOIndia We request you to kindly come forth. Please postpone neet ug 2022. We're under immense pressure."

"We aren't asking for much from NTA just give us a month more which is a rightful demand by us. Maintain a gap of 1 year between neet 2021 and neet 2022."

"Postpone NEET ug 2022. We aren't asking for extra time we are asking for rightful time that should be given to us!!Delayed counseling was not our fault and late announcement of exam date either!!!Kindly requesting NTA to listen our concerns!! Our demand is genuine!! #NEETUGDelay"
