Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai has invited applications for admissions to Master in Intellectual Property Rights, latest by August 1, 2022.
An online entrance test will be conducted on August 7, 2022, and list of shortlisted candidates will be out by August 17, 2022.
The official statement says, "The two-year course is comprehensive in scope and would enable the students of the course to specialize in all three (03) fields of the discipline. The program offers coverage of all the substantive IP regimes and thus, fulfills the need for quality education and training in all IPRs under master's in IPR."
"The course will be both designed and taught in close collaboration between leading academics and IP practitioners & other IP experts. The Course is designed to be taught in an interactive environment and will use technology to ensure participative lectures, group discussions, simulations, presentations, and audio-visual tools," added the official statement.
Mode and Eligibility
The classes to be conducted in a hybrid mode comprising online and offline. There will be certain physical classes to attend as well which will be notified in advance.
Following are the eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University;
- Candidate must submit their graduation degree at the time of admission.
