Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur will conduct its first National Moot Court Competition between July 29 to July 31, 2022.

The theme of the Competition is an intersection between Constitutional Law and Technology law, which was chosen with an intention to stimulate discussion about the emerging area of law.

The problem concerns the regulation of OTT platforms and the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the High Courts regarding the conflict between free speech and the state’s interference with the regulation of the content created and being shared on such platforms.

All teams are required to apply for the 1st MNLU, Nagpur NMCC, 2022 on or before June 25, 2022 (11:59 PM IST) via the online registration form.
