Mumbai University Exams 2022: Mumbai University is scheduled to begin the Mumbai University Exams 2022 soon. While students are anxiously waiting for the announcement of mode of Mumbai University Exams 2022, some colleges in the city are planning to hold the UG exams in offline mode, as per some media reports.

Mumbai University Exams 2022: Offline/Online mode

While no official announcement has been made so far regarding the same, the report suggests that most of the colleges that are planning to hold Mumbai University Exams 2022 in offline mode are autonomous. Mumbai University Exams 2022 for students in final semester of UG courses are scheduled to be conducted in April. The exact dates and timetable are still awaited. However, Mumbai University is expected to announce the MU Exams mode of conduct in a day or two. 

The decision to hold offline exams is most likely expected from Autonomous colleges like Sophia College, Mithibai College and St. Xavier's College, as per the reports.

Earlier, another announcement of Mumbai University Exams 2022 to be conducted in online mode also came forward. However, it was only for most of the traditional courses. The Mumbai University official notification clarified that the other exams like those for Professional courses are also expected to be held online. Mumbai University had earlier also released the Mumbai University Exams 2022 guidelines for the upcoming exam.

Mumbai University Exams 2022: Why offline exams?

With most of the colleges resuming offline classes, it is expected that the Mumbai University Exams 2022 are also likely to be held offline for UG courses. The decision to conduct the offline was announced in February, after the COVID-19 situation and vaccination rates improved.
