NID DAT 2022 Final Merit List, Minimum Qualifying Criteria - All you need to know

Candidates need to appear in both the DAT Prelims and DAT Mains exams to be included in the NID DAT 2022 final merit list.,

The National Institute of Design (NID) will release final common merit lists separately for the B.Des and M.Des programs. The lists will be category-specific and will be prepared by considering the weighted scores of DAT Prelims and DAT Mains. So, the candidate will be included in the FINAL merit list of NID DAT 2022 if he or she has appeared in both the DAT Prelims and DAT Mains exams. 

The final merit lists will be released for Open, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD categories. 

The result of the NID DAT Prelims 2022 has been declared for M.Des on April 22, 2022. The results for the B.Des program will be announced in the last week of April, 2022.

NID DAT 2022 Final Merit List 

The common final merit lists will be prepared considering the sum-total of the weighted scores of DAT Mains and DAT Prelims. Also, the merit list will be released category-wise for Open, GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD categories. 

Only such candidates will be included in the final merit lists who have appeared in both DAT Mains and DAT Prelims.

Note: The institute will release the merit list for Overseas candidates separately.

NID DAT 2022 - Weightage carried by DAT Mains and DAT Prelims

The FINAL merit list will be prepared by considering the weighted scores of DAT Mains and DAT Prelims. The National Institute of Design will notify the weigtage for each exam soon. Check the weightage carried by the two components in 2021.
