Candidates who have qualified in the NID DAT Prelims 2022 and have been shortlisted need to book their slots between May 25-27.

 

The National Institute of Design (NID) will allow B.Des aspirants to book their test centre preference in online mode from May 25 (4 pm) to May 27 (4 pm) for the Studio Test. The Studio Test will be conducted in offline mode at the seven test cities, viz. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune.

The number of candidates shortlisted for the Studio Test will be not less than three times the number of seats available in each category.

DAT Mains 2022 Studio Test for B.Des - Key features

  • The Studio Test will be conducted in offline mode across seven cities
  • The candidate needs to submit their test centre preferences before the last date.
  • Test centres will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This means, if slots in a particular centre fill up, it may not be available for the next candidate.
  • Requests for change in test centre preference will not be entertained.
  • In case the candidate doesn’t submit any test centre preference, the booking system will randomly allocate a test centre to the candidate based on availability at the respective centres.

NID DAT Mains Admit Cards 2022 (B.Des) for Studio Test

Candidates who successfully submit their preferences will be issued admit cards for the Studio Test in the 1st week of June 2022. On test day, the candidate must also bring a valid photo identity proof apart from the admit card.
