The final result has been prepared by considering the performance of the candidate in the written tests and Situation Test/ GDPI.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology declared the final results of the NIFT 2022 entrance exam on May 17. Candidates can check their final results in online mode at the admission portal of the institute - niftadmissions.in. The institute has also released detailed guidelines for the NIFT 2022 counselling process, which will be conducted in online, centralized mode.

NIFT Final Result 2022
The final result for NIFT 2022 has been prepared by considering the performance of the candidate in:
- NIFT 2022 written tests. The written tests comprise the GAT and CAT for the B.Des and M.Des program, while MFM, B.F.Tech, and M.F.Tech candidates only need to appear in the GAT test.
- Situation Test for B.Des, and Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) for PG programs.
NIFT 2022 counselling
The final result of NIFT 2022 would be used to shortlist candidates for NIFT 2022 counselling, which will be conducted in online, as a joint seat allotment process for the 17 participating NIFTs.
There will be a total of FIVE seat allotment rounds. As part of the counselling process, eligible candidates have to get registered and participate in choice filling process, wherein combination of NIFT campus and academic program has to be selected in the order of priority.
The allotment of seats will be category-wise for each program based on the NIFT 2022 merit rank of the candidate.
