CMC Vellore to accept APEAPCET Scores

As per the latest notification released by CMC Vellore on May 2, 2023, candidates seeking admission to BSc Nursing course, College of Nursing, CMC Vellore Chittoor campus, it is mandatory to appear for the APEAPCET 2023 entrance exam. The Andhra Pradesh Central or State Governments regulations for University / Indian Nursing Council mandates students to appear for Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (APEAPCET) 2023 conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE).

CMC Vellore BSc Nursing Admission Process

The new admission process required candidates to appear for:

STEP 1: CMC Vellore (CMC Entrance Exam)

STEP 2: APEAPCET entrance exam

Therefore, candidates are required to register for both entrance exams in order to seek admission to the CMC Vellore BSc nursing program.

BSc Nursing Entrance Exam Dates

The CMC Entrance Exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 12, 2023. Whereas the APEAPCET 2023 exam will be held on May 22 and May 23, 2023 in multiple shifts. Candidates are required to submit their application to register for the APEAPCET 2023 as per the schedule mentioned below:

Documents Required for APEAPCET Registration

Candidates must keep ready the following documents/information for filling in APEAPCET application form:

  1. Hall ticket number of qualifying examination

  2. Hall ticket number of SSC or equivalent

  3. Date of birth

  4. Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates

  5. Aadhar Number

  6. PH, NCC, Sports, etc.

  7. Income certificate (Upto One Lakh or Upto Tow Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs (Rupees)

  8. Ration card

  9. Study or residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (Last 12 years)
