Over 36,000 Applications Received for TANCET 2022; Hall Tickets Releasing on May 2

Anna University concluded the TANCET application process on April 23. As many as 36,775 candidates have registered for the exam this year.

TANCET 2022: Number of Applications

TANCET 2022 application process concluded. The official advertisement specified the registration deadline as April 18. The deadline was later extended to April 21, followed by April 23. The total number of applications received for the TANCET 2022 exam for all three streams is 36,775. The maximum number of applications came for MBA courses followed by MCA courses. While the least applications have been received for ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlan courses.

A total of 21,563 candidates have applied for the TANCET MBA exam. This is over 200 fewer applications as compared to the previous year’s TANCET MBA exam. As many as 8,417 candidates have applied for TANCET MCA. While only 6,795 candidates have applied for the ME, MTech, MPlan, and MArch courses combined. 

Last year, 38,858 candidates applied for the TANCET exam across streams. The total number of applicants have been decreased by 5.36 per cent, in the current session.

Candidates who have registered can check their application status until April 26 using the TANCET login portal. In case of issues in the application form, candidates can resolve them and send an email for the same.

TANCET 2022 Hall Ticket Release Date

Candidates whose application forms have been submitted before the deadline will be issued from TANCET admit card on May 2 for the exams to be conducted on May 14 and May 15. Candidates will be able to download the TANCET hall ticket using the login portal hosted on the official website.
