Postpone JEE Main 2022 or allow four attempts; students worry over less gap between JEE and boards
Less time gap between board exams JEE Main and decreased number of attempts are causing students to worry about their exam preparation for board exams as well as JEE.
The National Testing Agency will be conducting the JEE Main 2022 in two sessions in April and May. Ever since the JEE Main 2022 exam dates were announced, students had been continuously raising concerns over a number of attempts and no time gap between JEE and class 12 board exams. Students are demanding that there should be at least 15 days gap between the JEE and boards or NTA should allow four attempts.
Almost every state would be conducting their class 12 board exams in April which is causing students to worry about their preparation for JEE Main 2022. Many states had already postponed the dates of class 12 board exams due to a clash with JEE. The CBSE will be conducting class 12 board exams from April 26, five days after the end of JEE Main 2022 first session exam. The second attempt of JEE Main 2022 will be held from May 24 and CBSE class 12 board exams will also be held in May.
Akshat Jain, JEE 2022 aspirant says, “NTA should provide four attempts in JEE Main 2022 like in the previous year or there should be increased time-gap between class 12 board exams and JEE. Due to COVID situations, we studied classes 11 and 12 in online mode with no proper doubt solving sessions and the syllabus was also not completed on time. With only two attempts, we have very little chance to get into a good college.”

#PostponeJEEMains2022, please postpone first attempt that is in april as it is quite unfair and is making a lot of pressure as there is not ‘A’ exam there are exam’S’ which make things quite hefty from perspective of a student . It doesnt only affect result butmentalhealthtoo
