RRB Railway Group D Admit Card 2022 (OUT) Live: CBT Level 1 Hall Ticket Link, City Intimation

Free Sleeper Class Railway Pass is provided to SC/ST candidates. To book train tickets, candidates will have to provide the details of free travelling authority pass and e-admit card.

RRB Group D Phase 1 exam will start from August 17, 2022. In the official announcement, it has been made clear that RRB Group D Exam 2022 will be conducted in several phases.

The question paper will be framed in 15 languages such as Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu

Aadhaar Link Biometric Authentication of the candidates will be done at the exam center before entering the exam hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhaar Card.

RRB Group D Phase 1 examination will start from August 17. The official answer key for Phase 1 will be released in the first week of September.

RRC had released notification for total 103769 vacancies under Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix for recruitment in various departments of Indian Railways, Admit card for this exam will be issued shortly today.

RRB will soon release RRB Group admit card 2022 for Phase 1 CBT candidates. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter user ID and password.

Candidates may please note that without the admit card, entry in the examination hall will not be allowed. Also, candidates should have photocopy of Aadhar card and passport size photograph along with admit card. Only after that you will be allowed to take the exam.

The percentile score will be the normalized score for the examination (instead of the raw marks of the candidate) and shall be used for the preparation of the merit lists. 

Based on the merit of the candidates in the CBT, candidates will be called for PET Three times the community wise total vacancy of the Posts notified against RRBs/RRCs.

RRB Group D General Awareness syllabus comprises topics such as Science & Technology, Sports, Culture, Personalities, Economics, Politics and any other subject of importance.

RRB Group D syllabus for Science comprises cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level (CBSE).

RRB Group D syllabus for General Intelligence and reasoning comprises Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical Reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc. 

Mathematics comprises topics such as Number system, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion,Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern etc.

Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories: UR-40%, EWS-40%, OBC(Non-layer)-30 percent, SC-30 percent, ST-30 percent. These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2 percent for PwBD candidates in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.

The RRB Group D Exam Date & City Intimation link has been activated on August 9, 2022 on the official website for the RRB Group D Exam 2022. The city intimation link for Phase 2 will be activated on August 18, 2022. 

RRB Group D exam is conducted to select candidates for Level 1 posts such as Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant in various technical departments (Electrical, Mechanical and S&T departments), Pointsman, etc.

Candidates need to carry the following documents along with the admit card:

• Voter Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Printout of e-Aadhaar Card
• Driving License
• PAN card
• Passport
• Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a government employee
• College/university photo ID card (if candidates are still studying)

All the registered candidates need to download RRB Group D admit card 2022 online. The hard copy of the admit card will not be sent to candidates by post. However, candidates will get email notification and SMS related to RRB Group D admit card.

RRB Group D exam is being conducted for the posts of Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant in various technical departments (Electrical, Mechanical and S&T departments), Pointsman and others.

RRBs will give Course Completed Act Apprentice (CCAA) one-third weightage of marks obtained in the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) exam for preparation of RRB Group D final merit list. CCAAs are also exempted from Physical Efficiency Test (PET) since they are already trained in the railway establishments and meet the physical standard required for performing their jobs. The empanellment of candidates for the post of Railway Group D will be done only after document verification and qualifying the medical standards.

RRB Group D Phase 2 exam dates have been announced. The Phase 2 exam will be conducted from August 26 to September 8 for RRCs-North Central Railway (Allahabad), North Western Railway (Jaipur), South East Central Railway (Bilaspur), South Eastern Railway (Kolkata) and West Central Railway (Jabalpur).

For each correct answer in CBT, candidates score one mark. There is also negative marking for wrong answers, 1/3 marks are deducted for wrong answers. 

RRB Group D exam pattern 2022 comprises CBT, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
