RUHS invites applications against vacant seats for MSc, BSc Nursing courses

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences has invited applications against vacant seats after online counselling in MSc and BSc Nursing.

After conducting the online counselling for MSc and BSc Nursing courses, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) has invited applications against the vacant seats in these courses.

MSc, BSc Nursing seats details

For MSC Nursing, there are seats vacant in three specialities - one seat in Medical Surgical Nursing, four seats in Community Health Nursing, and one seat in Child Health Nursing. For BSc nursing, there are 2 seats for males in General Category, and one seat is for females, in the SC category, there is one seat for females and in EWS, one seat is for males.

For both the courses, the applications can be sent with registration fees of INR 1000 between June 6 to June 18. As per Counselling Board 2021 RUHS, preference will be given to the following candidates:

• Who have paid a counselling fee of INR 550 including those who were not allotted a seat or those who could not join after allotment in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates who appeared in the entrance test 2021.

Only complete application forms will be considered for admission and incomplete ones will be rejected, said the notification.

For the MSc Nursing course, the candidate must have passed B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/T&R)/ B.Sc. Nursing (Hons)/ Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences/ University of Rajasthan/ other recognized University and should be registered nurses and registered midwife or equivalent with their respective state Nursing Registration Council.
