Candidates have raised demands on Twitter to increase the CSIR NET Age Limit for the December 2023 session. NTA is currently accepting the CSIR NET Online Form till November 30, 2023. These protests have erupted on Social Media to increase the CSIR NET Age Limit 2023 from 28 years to 30 years. Currently, the age limit for the CSIR NET exam is 28 years only. According to the candidates, the age limit for UGC NET exam is also 30 years so, the NTA should also increase the age limit of the CSIR NET exam to 30 years to create uniformity among both the exams and to provide chances for the candidates who are above the 28 years of age. 

Currently, NTA is accepting the CSIR NET Application Form 2023 till November 30, 2023, through the official website. Candidates should be a maximum of 28 years as of the last date of submission of the application form, to be eligible to apply for CSIR NET JRF.

CSIR NET 2023: Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for JRF NET

The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates who want to apply for CSIR NET JRF. Have a look:
