IBPS Clerk 2023 Short Notification Released; Apply Online From July 1

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released short notification on June 27. IBPS Clerk application form 2023 will be released on July 1, 2023. The last date to fill the application form is July 21, 2023. IBPS Clerk exam dates 2023 were announced through IBPS calendar 2023-2024. The prelims exam of IBPS Clerk will be conducted on August 26, 27, and September 2, 2023. The mains exam will be conducted on October 7, 2023. In 2021-22, a total of 8.49 lakh candidates registered for the exam. Out of which, a total of 5.94 lakh candidates appeared for the exam.

IBPS Clerk exam is conducted to select eligible candidates for the post of Clerks in the 11 participating banks. The selection process comprises prelims and mains exams. The final selection is done based on the performance in the mains exam.

IBPS Clerk Eligibility 2023

The eligibility of IBPS Clerk is given below:

• Candidates between 20 and 28 years are eligible for the exam
• Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rule
• Candidates who have completed Graduation from any discipline can apply
• Final year candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam
• Candidates must have an operating and working knowledge of computers
• Candidates must have proficiency in the Official Language of the State/ UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/ UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply for are preferable

IBPS Clerk Application Fees

The application fees for IBPS Clerk 2023 are INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. Candidates need to pay the application fees online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI, etc.
