IES Result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the additional IES result 2023 today. The Commission, in accordance with Rule 13(iv) and Rule 13(v) of the Engineering Services Examination Rules, 2023, has maintained a consolidated reserve list in order of merit, ranked below the last recommended candidate.
In response to the requisition from the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, 81 candidates (including 58 Unreserved, 17 Other Backward Classes, and 6 Economically Weaker Sections) have been recommended to fill the remaining vacancies based on the IES 2023 exam.
The Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications will directly communicate with the recommended candidates. The IES additional result list released includes the roll number and names of all the qualified candidates. Earlier, UPSC IES result 2023 was announced on November 22.

Q: When was IES 2024 Result declared?
The UPSC ESE final result 2024 was declared on November 22, 2024. The Commission selected 206 candidates for the appointment purposes. The Commission conducted the IES 2024 interviews till November 6, 2024. The UPSC ESE (IES) main exam result 2024 was released on July 31, 2024.
The Union Public Service Commission conducted the IES 2024 exam on February 18, 2024, at the designated exam centres. The IES prelims result was released on March 28, 2024 at upsc.gov.in. It is expected that the UPSC will be required to take approval of the Election Commission before the release of the IES result 2024. This is causing the delay in the IES 2024 result.
